How much is shipping cost within Germany?
A flat rate is charged for shipping within Germany. We send via local mail with estimated delivery time of 2-5 working days.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. Saina Organic uses the shipping services provided by post office, FedEx and UPS for worldwide. Your Saina Organic order will be delivered to the provided address filled at the check out.
It is important that you provide a correct address in English.
Most parcels will be delivered during business hours in weekdays, please ensure you or some trusted ones will be able to receive. In some cases, the delivery company may store your parcel in the counter in your local post or delivery office. Please make sure to check the tracking regularly and pick up your parcel the soonest, because parcels will be returned to Germany if they are not claimed within a certain period of time.
How is the international delivery works?
It depends on the shipping method you choose, here are the different delivery processes:
Airmail:
- Handled by Deutsche Post in Germany, and delivered by the destination’s national post e.g. USPS, Saudi Post, Royal Mail, Emirates Post Group to you.
- Parcels are subjected to random check by customs and destination rules & regulations. Please check before purchase.
- It takes estimated 2 – 4 weeks of working days for delivery depending on the destination country.
- You will often have to collect your parcel at the local post office, please check your mail box or contact the local post.
FedEx:
- FedEx will take the parcel directly from Germany and deliver to you by local FedEx or their third-party partners
- Parcels are subjected to random check by customs and destination rules & regulations. Please check before purchase.
- It takes estimated 2 – 10 working days depending on the express method, FedEx Priority or FedEx Economy, and destination country.

UPS Express:
- UPS will take the parcel directly from Germany and deliver to you.
- Parcels are subjected to random check by customs and destination rules & regulations. Please check before purchase.
- It takes estimated 2 – 5 working days depending on the destination country.
How much does shipping cost internationally?
International shipping rates vary depending on the country of destination, the shipping method selected and the weight of the order.
To calculate the exact cost of shipping for your order, please place the items you’d like to order in your shopping cart, and the estimated shipping rates are automatically calculated and updated each time an item or quantity is added.
When will Saina Organic send my order?
Normally, your order will be packed and dispatched within 4 working days after the receipt of payment. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted at check out. Please remember to provide a correct address to avoid delivery failure.
Please note that no packing services are available on Saturday and Sunday, therefore, if an order is placed on Friday afternoon it will likely be dispatched on the next week.
There are times with unexpected volume and local national holidays, and that may delay the order.

Tracking is easy! You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Will I have to pay duties & taxes?
Customers outside European Union, EU, may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, or a brokerage (handling) fee for your order.
